Color therapy, also known as Chromotherapy is a holistic and non-invasive treatment  to bring health and balance to your body and mind. The vibrations of colors in color therapy sessions enhance your mood and improve your overall health. Colors are made up of reflected lights that hit our retinas as wavelengths vibrate. Our brain then interprets these wavelengths, which makes our perception of color a physical and sensory experience. Color therapy is based on the idea that colors create electrical impulses in our brains that stimulate hormonal and biochemical processes in our body; these processes either calm or stimulate us.

Salt Room, or Halotherapy, uses a halo generator to vaporize pure salt into the air so it can be breathed deep into the lungs.  Salt therapy rooms contain our organic Himalayan salt and a high- quality halo generator to turn that pure salt into the salt vapor that provides so many health benefits to guests.  The salt is ionized and then released into the atmosphere.  When inhaled, the negatively charged ion attach to the positively charged toxins in the system and neutralize the charge, detoxifying the body from the inside out.  Halotherapy is also an immune system booster; an important health benefit in the cold and flu season.  Himalayan salt is one of the purest and most valuable salts. 

Halotherapy can be beneficial to those that suffer from the following conditions or concerns:

Contraindications:  Any kind of infectious disease, acute stages or respiratory disease, cardiac insufficiency, COPD with 3rd stage of chronic lung insufficiency,  coughing of blood / bleeding, infections accompanied by fever, any form or stage of tuberculosis, high blood pressure / hypertension in stage 2, hyperthyroidism, intoxication.  In in question please consult a physician prior to experiencing Halotherapy.
