The heart chakra is located in the upper chest, links us to the physical world and is the foundation of energy. Spiritually, the root chakra has to do with the protection of individual integrity, with the color red representing life, vitality, and strength.

Each band comes on a braided leather adjustable thong and is packaged in a cello bag with an organza pouch and a comprehensive leaflet with all meanings.

Hengebands are made of pewter and embellishments on a leather braided cord.
